ZBrush2020起動直後のエラー

バージョン：Zbrush 2020
システム：Windows10Home
メモリ16GB
CPU：Intel i5-6400

2019/11/13 11時にZBrush2020をダウンロードしてインストールしました。
ZBrush2020起動直後に添付画像のようなエラーメッセージが表示されます。
OKボタンを押せばとりあえず動くのですが、原因がわかりません。
DecimationMasterフォルダに保存できない、ということのようですので試しにDecimationMasterフォルダをリネームしてみたのですが、結果は同じでした(新たにDecimationMasterフォルダが空で作成されました)。
なお、Ｃ:ドライブは空き領域が253GBあり、容量不足とは思えません。
PCの再起動を行ってみましたが結果は同じでした。
確認のためZBrush2019を起動してみましたがこちらはエラー表示が出ません。

今回の件、サポートチケットへ送信いたしました。
トピックのタイトルはZBrush2020起動直後のエラーとなっていますが、DecimationMasterのプリプロセスを実行した際も同じエラーが起きますので、DecimationMaster単体の問題のような気もします。

ZBrush2020に付属するプラグイン"DecimationMaster"はエラーが起きます。
ZBrush2020起動時またはプラグイン"DecimationMaster"を選択しPre-Processを実行した時です。
添付した画像を見てください。

C:\Users[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\ZPluginData\DecimationMasterData
[UserName]はダブルバイト文字列です。

ZBrush2019のプラグインは[UserName]がダブルバイト文字列でもエラーは起きません。
ZBrush2020のプラグインも2019と同じであるべきです。

[UserName]のダブルバイト文字列は私の実名です。個人情報保護のため公開できません。
