The design of your dragon looks interesting! You should try Dynamesh, located in Tool >> Geometry >> Dynamesh and look at the Resolution slider to define the quality. At anytime, you can update the model polygons by clicking on the “Add” button. Try the ClayBuildup brush for sculpting your model.Good luck! 🙂
